We are located in the Kroger shopping center at the corner of Hammond Drive and Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
If you enter from the main Kroger entrance on Hammond Drive, take a left at the stop sign as you go up the hill. Hammond Dental will be immediately on your right in Suite 352.

How do I sign up?

Once you have completed your enrollment our office will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or would like to set up your own appointment don’t hesitate to call.
What can I expect on my first visit?
All membership plans include a Comprehensive Exam and Full mouth series of X-Rays that is covered for your first visit. The doctor and hygienist will then diagnose what type of cleaning is needed based on your current oral health.
What should I do if I have periodontal disease?
We have a Periodontal Plan specifically designed for you. It includes your regular periodontal maintenance visits as well as additional discounts on specific periodontal services. During your initial visit, we will let you know if these services are needed.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Cash is accepted in office.
What Preventive Care is included?
Your preventive regular care includes a doctor exam, annual x-rays and a professional cleaning.
What other discounts are included?
Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed, (filling, root canal, crown, etc.) and on certain elective work you may desire (implant, veneer, etc.).
Is there a waiting period for benefits?
No! There are no waiting periods for current or future dental needs.
Is a membership plan the same as insurance?
Our membership plan is not (i) insurance, (ii) a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act, (iii) pre-payment for future services, or (iv) payment for access to discounted services. Rather, our membership plan is a direct payment arrangement for services, products and care provided.
Are specialists outside of the practice covered?
Our membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists outside our practice.
